Background: In the past, Ban San Muang, Nong Long Subdistrict, Wiang Nong Long District, Lamphun Province, was a large earthen water boiler production site of Lamphun Province. In addition to the production of clay pots, there are also other pottery products such as flower pot, pot of young girl (curry pot of the northern people, because in the past there was no pan, so used earthen pot with round bottom instead for cooking). Tom pot (Pot for dead bones and then buried in the cemetery area or to float. Believing that the spirit of the dead will be liberated and reborn in the good world) Terracotta rice pot (Looks like pot of young girl and be the  same size as Tom pot but has a wider pot mouth, used for glutinous rice) and alcohol boiler (Which is very large, about 50-60 centimeters in diameter).
